Staff provides supervision and supportive services needed to regain or maintain their highest functioning level. Programming and services for each resident will be provided at the level and frequency needed to provide stimulation. Activities are chosen in accordance with each residents capabilities and interests whenever possible. Every consideration is given to individual routines, likes and dislikes.
